Do Not Call Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Chambers Insurance Agency complies with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, applicable Ohio telemarketing laws, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) marketing rules, including the Medicare one-to-one consent requirement.
Our Calling Practices
- We only place outbound marketing calls or texts to individuals who have given prior express written consent — for example, by submitting our "Request a Call Back" form and checking the consent box.
- Consent you provide authorizes contact from a licensed insurance agent of Chambers Insurance Agency only. It is not shared with, sold to, or used by other agencies or marketing organizations.
- You may revoke your consent at any time, by any reasonable method.
Our Internal Do Not Call List
If you ask us not to call you, we will place your telephone number on our internal Do Not Call list within a reasonable time, not to exceed 30 days, and honor that request for at least five (5) years. To be placed on our list:
- Call (937) 858-6304 and tell the agent you wish to be placed on our Do Not Call list, or
- Reply STOP to any text message from us.
National Do Not Call Registry
We honor the National Do Not Call Registry. You may register your number at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222. Registration on the national registry does not prevent calls you have expressly consented to receive.
